We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to join our team! Within the assigned region, the RSM will grow the business profitably by growing existing customers and acquiring new customers; contribute to management strength through managing the Territory Sales Representatives and the accounts within the region. This position will be covering our California region.
Primary responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to:
- Together with the General Manager, be responsible for regional sales growth.
- Develop sales staff product and sales knowledge, salesmanship, and analytical ability to establish and drive sales growth.
- Assists, directs, and collaborates with sales staff in building and closing new businesses.
- Implementing and driving engagement of regional and corporate sales initiatives.
- Utilize reports systems such as Sales Force / PowerBI to manage Territory Sales Representatives and Regional Sales activity and performance.
- Build relationships with customers and prospects for assigned region.
- Conduct presentations as needed.
- Communicates to customers the company's value proposition.
- Secures appointments with key decision-makers above the sales level be able to close business deals with business owners and key decision-makers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Training:
- Successful track record of managing and leading a team of field sales representatives.
- You must have previous account management experience and outside sales with strong closing skills.
- Knowledge and background in the window coverings industry or related home furnishings industry a plus!
- Sound analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Office Suite, Salesforce or other CRM system; social media.
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Basic product knowledge and technical understanding of all the products.
- Detailed understanding of website and sales administration functions therein.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- The ability to work flexible hours is a must.
- Willing to travel 50% or more and/or overnight is required.

- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable automobile, current auto insurance, and pass background check including MVR.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary commission.
