Sr. Financial Analyst (FP&A) – Hybrid
Location : Costa Mesa, CA
Employment Type : Direct Hire
Schedule : Hybrid (Tuesdays & Thursdays in-office)
Hours : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
Salary : $95,000 – $100,000 annually ( 5% bonus eligibility)
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Financial Analyst with strong FP&A experience to join our dynamic finance team. This role is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting , while working closely with corporate finance and accounting to ensure the accuracy of financial data. The ideal candidate will have a manufacturing industry background , strong Power BI and Excel skills , and experience working in a company of approximately 300 employees.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Support the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans .
- Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario and sensitivity analysis.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Prepare financial presentations with key performance indicators (KPIs), risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with operations to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial performance.
