**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Management Executive/VP of Sales to lead our teams throughout California and Nevada. This is a senior leadership role that requires strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the senior sales management team to execute our sales model and drive revenue generation.
- Manage departmental activities from lead inception to sale confirmation, including contact, design, and deposit.
- Facilitate recruitment activities to acquire commissioned sales personnel in each regional location.
- Ensure effective sales training and employee development programs at all levels of the sales department.
- Execute and deliver against established sales goals.
- Create and execute strategies to elevate performance and revenue.
- In collaboration with senior management, establish a positive culture within the sales department.
- Monitor financial results and collaborate with the senior management team.
- Report accurate forecasts daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Follow up on customer issues and drive resolution for 100% customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 12 years of experience in business-to-consumer (B2C) direct sales management.
- 5 years of sales leadership experience at Director or VP level.
- Proven ability to enhance employee performance and development.
- Strong understanding of commissioned sales structures and compensation plans.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with staff at all levels.
- Demonstrated superior customer service skills from prior work experiences.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills.
- Able to manage staff responsibilities and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
