ABA/ Behavior Therapist & RBT - Northridge and Tarzana area
$700 ABA Sign-On Bonus*
Compensation: $20.00 -$30.00 Depending on Degree, RBT, and Experience
Employment type: Part-Time; 2pm - 8pm
Assessment, Consultation & Treatment is in search of new team members!
We are looking for both part-time and full-time therapists to provide home and/or school-based ABA/ behavior therapy to children and adolescents with autism, intellectual disability, and a variety of other developmental delays and needs.
Assessment, Consultation & Treatment is a smaller, clinician run and owned behavioral-based agency that provides a variety of services to children and families. We believe strongly in providing highly individualized and comprehensive services and treating all families as well as staff with dignity and the support they need to succeed.
Requirements:
-Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or RBT certification; those without Bachelor’s Degree who are committed to participating in RBT certification open to apply as well
-Experience with children; experience with children with special needs preferable
-Valid and current driver’s license, car insurance and car/transportation between clients
-Preference given to individuals available to work 2pm-8pm multiple days per week
Must agree to complete all company training requirements
Competitive pay $18 - $26 an hour, dependent experience, education and certification.

Physical Demands
- Must have full physical dexterity/agility or be able to independently position self and perform all movements required (bending, kneeling, computer typing, standing, fetching documents from file cabinets).
- Must have sufficient corrected or uncorrected vision to carry out all duties and responsibilities.
- Need to be able to lift and carry pediatric population (weight ranging from 5 to 50 lbs.)
