ABA/ Behavior Therapist & RBT - West San Gabriel Valley; Pasadena, Sierra Madre, and La Canada areas.
$500 Sign-On Bonus!
Morning and/or afternoon hours; 7-8 hours a day depending on availability.
Assessment, Consultation & Treatment is in search of new team members!
We are looking for both part-time and full-time therapists to provide home and/or school-based ABA/ behavior therapy to children and adolescents with autism, intellectual disability, and a variety of other developmental delays and needs.
Assessment, Consultation & Treatment is a smaller, clinician run and owned behavioral-based agency that provides a variety of services to children and families. We believe strongly in providing highly individualized and comprehensive services and treating all families as well as staff with dignity and the support they need to succeed.
Requirements:
-Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or RBT certification; those without Bachelor’s Degree who are committed to participating in RBT certification open to apply as well.
-Experience with children; experience with children with special needs preferable.
-Valid and current driver’s license, car insurance and car/transportation between clients.
-Ability to pass required background checks (Criminal History check, fingerprinting).
-Preference given to individuals available to work flexible morning and/or afternoon shifts.
-Must agree to complete all company training requirements.
Physical Demands
Competitive pay $18 - $26 an hour; depending Experience, Degree, and RBT certification.

- Must have full physical dexterity/agility or be able to independently position self and perform all movements required (bending, kneeling, computer typing, standing, fetching documents from file cabinets).
- Must have sufficient corrected or uncorrected vision to carry out all duties and responsibilities.
- Need to be able to lift and carry pediatric population (weight ranging from 5 to 50 lbs.)
