Key Responsibilities:
- Support classroom activities, such as lesson planning, grading, and data collection
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other school staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student support

- Maintain accurate records of student progress and participation
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working with children with special needs; training in crisis intervention techniques a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
