Job Description
Kontron America Inc, a leading provider of IoT/Embedded Computing Technology (ECT), seeks an experienced Sales Operations Coordinator 2 to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads and purchase orders, communicating with customers, and managing quotes and sales opportunities.
- Active sales work with existing and new customers to generate leads and purchase orders
- Communication and negotiation with customers to provide product and sales process related information
- Generation and processing/managing of quotes and sales opportunities
Requirements:
- Associate/BA in business administration is required
- 3-5 years of experience in sales operations or a related field
- CRM and ERP software experience is required
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Apps
