The Role:
You'll own our internal data center and be the glue between sales, techs, and customers. Here’s some of what you’ll do:
Take inbound calls and convert leads into booked opportunities. Coordinate technician schedules with clarity and urgency. Follow up with customers via text, email, and phone to ensure satisfaction. Greet walk-ins and ensure every interaction feels personal and welcoming. Keep the office organized, running smooth, and full of good vibes. Engage on social media, post review responses, and support content flow. Maintain internal reports, CRMs, and communication logs for optimal efficiency. Think critically, anticipate issues, and solve them before they break.

Pay Perks
