RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and welcome customers promptly with a positive and professional attitude.
- Listen attentively, while collecting and thoroughly documenting vehicle symptoms based on customer testimony.
- Inspect vehicle with customer during check-in to document any additional concerns or damage to vehicle.
- Provide clear and concise explanations of repair recommendations and estimates.
- Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle.
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts and explain all costs associated with repairs.
- Establish follow up time and the ability to handle customer complaints or concerns.
- Handling customer inquiries in a timely manner and always following through on commitments made.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs and frequently provide status updates to customers.
- Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order.
- Explain all completed work and charges to customers before their departures.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction.
- Maintains calm and patient demeanor with frustrated or confused customers.
- Past experience as a dealership service advisor preferred.
- Demonstrate detailed knowledge of the automotive industry.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent follow-up & follow-through skills.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Exhibit positive energy and an above average passion for success.
