Kooply is on the lookout for an innovative and visionary Art Director to lead all aspects of our mobile games. In this role, you will be at the forefront of creating captivating and meaningful gaming experiences that resonate with our players.
You Must Have
- Proven experience working in a mobile game studio or mobile game production, specifically with 3D projects.
- At least 5 years of experience in the mobile gaming industry as a professional lead role.
- A proven track record in leading the 3D mobile game art process from concept to production.
- Understanding of UX/UI and creating visual language for mobile games.
- Hands-on experience in at least one of the following: UI/UX, concept art, 3D art, character concept design, or character 3D animation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Understanding or hands-on experience in technical implementation in Unity.
- Experience in marketing or monetization creatives for mobile games.
- Lead the creative vision to the successful execution of top-notch visual and user experience aspects in our games.
- Manage and guide a skilled team comprising 3D artists, UX designers, and animators.
- Ensure creative alignment with the core features of our games.
- Combine professional knowledge with a strong desire to develop high-level games.
- Understand and actively engage in the business aspects of game development.
- Lead the creative direction in line with business objectives and needs.
