Ideal Candidate:

- Extensive commercial experience and direct customer interactions
- Ability to provide technical engineering mentorship to the team
- Minimum of ten-years of proven technical sales leadership
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Account Managers and Applications Engineers
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships, lead, and execute sales activities
- Working leader that is capable of casting a vision, motivating a sales team, while exuding Koops culture
- Strategic commercial planning
- Ability to instill KPIs, forecasts, accountability, and continuous improvement within sales
- Negotiate contracts ranging from $5MM - $25MM
- Willingness to travel up to 15%
- Must work onsite in Greenville, South Carolina
