Account Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with customer to enhance retention and growth.
- Identify business opportunities to upsell products and services.
- Understand customer business needs and provide solutions to help them succeed.
- Maintain a regular cadence of communication with the customer to ensure satisfaction and renewal of contracts and product recommendations and development.
- Provide detailed product and service knowledge to the client.
- Respond to requests for proposals and provide sales quotes.
- Gather and relay client feedback to internal teams for product and service improvements.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Experience with CRM software and sales management tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
