Account Manager
Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Account Manager to be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong relationship with our primary client to drive revenue growth and customer retention. This role involves identifying business opportunities, upselling services and products, and ensuring that evolving client needs are consistently met. The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for this customer, providing exceptional service and support to promote satisfaction and contract renewals.
