JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a full-time temporary Operations & Systems Specialist responsible for managing ERP information integrity. This Kopari team member will work collaboratively across functions to improve the flow, completeness, & accuracy of data within NetSuite and between modules & platforms, providing the organization with cohesive visibility it needs to drive improvement in strategic areas and support the growth & profitability of our brand. This position will report directly to VP Supply Chain & Operations and will be expected to work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to achieve company objectives. The candidate must commit to an 8-month term and follow a hybrid schedule , working in the La Jolla, CA office three days a week.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- NetSuite functional ownership - Own the completeness and accuracy of data in our system
- Manage all connections and integrations between NetSuite & other processing systems
- Create new or improve existing standard procedures for all data entry points
- Enter assembly builds in the system to capture inbound product costs
- Run purchase order process in support of product development team, including monthly PO reviews
- Account for landed cost expenses, allocation, & reconciliation
- Manage end of month, quarter, year inventory reconciliation process
- Create standardized reporting for all areas of the business
- Monitor, maintain healthy connections & lead new integrations across information systems
- Ensure open purchase order items are received into system
- Own chargeback reduction efforts through standardized continuous improvement methods
- Be a customer service superstar to internal Kopari customers
- Inspire confidence in data integrity and influence employees to rely on NetSuite as their primary source
- Educate employees on how to use system
- Primary point of contact with NetSuite liaison
- Lead systemic leverage by identifying & implementing use of helpful unused features
- Lead all related troubleshooting
- Support logistics & planning functions as necessary

The compensation for this temporary role is based on an estimated annual pay range for this role is $55,000-$83,000, Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on multiple factors including. experience, education, skills, location, etc.
