We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our marketing team, working closely with sales to generate and qualify leads that drive business growth. This role is crucial in identifying new prospects, engaging potential customers, and ensuring a seamless handoff to the sales team. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who enjoys outreach, thrives on building relationships, and has a strategic mindset for lead generation.

What You’ll Do:
- Build & Execute Outreach Cadences – Develop and manage outbound efforts via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage prospects.
- Lead Qualification & Handoff – Qualify inbound leads from the website and follow up on marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) generated from campaigns and events before passing them to sales.
- Event & Webinar Support – Drive attendance for webinars, conferences, and networking events by reaching out to potential attendees. After events, conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads and convert engagement into sales opportunities.
- CRM & Lead Management – Maintain accurate records in HubSpot, clean and organize lead lists, and track outreach efforts.
- Market Research & Insights – Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine outreach strategies.
- Collaboration with Sales & Marketing – Work closely with both teams to ensure smooth transitions, refine messaging, and improve lead engagement.
- Attend Conferences & In-Person Events – Travel occasionally to represent the company, network with prospects, and generate new business opportunities.
