A unique opportunity to lead the financial platform across three sites based out of Paramount, California.
The Group Controller is responsible for the overall financial management controls of assigned business units, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate reporting requirements. This position maximizes return on financial assets and supports revenue growth through accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Derive business insights from financial analysis and present targeted recommendations to management
- Analyze and publish daily/monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports
- Provide strategic and tactical financial analysis to internal customers
- Support financial forecasting and bridging activities
- Align and track business performance to the monthly, quarterly, and annual plan
- Lead process improvement projects to achieve world-class performance
- Develop and maintain models that forecast performance under various economic conditions
- Critically evaluate capital requests for strategic alignment and bottom-line potential
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting from an accredited institution
- Minimum seven years related experience in a manufacturing environment, including two years in a leadership capacity
- Working knowledge of standard costing systems, budgets, bridges, forecasting
- Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; working knowledge of Oracle
- Excellent organization, time management, and project planning skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration from an accredited institution
- Working knowledge of Aerospace industry
- Working knowledge of PCC accounting processes
