The Solution Consultant will manage projects and work with teams to design, configure, test, and implement warehouse management system (WMS) solutions using the industry-leading Blue Yonder WM and other supply chain execution systems. You will be working daily to problem solve and create personalized solutions while building trusted relationships with our customers.
Your role in our team
- You will manage project timeline and budget including resource allocation and project documentation.
- You will provide timely status updates and time sheet approvals.
- You will lead workshops to gather customer requirements and will convert business requirements into functional and technical design documents using Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Project and Excel.
- You will run daily sessions with internal and customer facing teams to explain, configure, develop, debug and troubleshoot solutions in supply chain execution systems per design documents or by understanding explained customer needs.
- You will lead teams in performing client demos such as functional application and test solutions to meet customer requirements.
- You will assist in training of customer management teams and end-users.
- You will complete other duties as assigned.
Your profile
- You have a BA / BS / AA Degree.
- You have 4 years of experience leading or working on multiple Top Tier WMS implementation.
- You have solid grasp of a Top Tier WMS specifically pertaining to all areas of WMS including Receiving, Order Processing, Inventory Management, Picking, Packing, and Shipping.
- You have worked with and understand integration points between ERP, OMS, TMS, WCS systems in a WMS environment.
- You have knowledge of pharmaceutical serialization and Track and Trace concepts.
- You have experience working with issue tracking systems such as JIRA and Service Now.
- You have analytical skills using database SQL, Excel.
- You have RF, Voice, or MHE exposure.
- You have strong consulting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- You prioritize tasks, self-manage, and function effectively in a fast-paced environment, consistently delivering results to meet timelines.
- You are able to perform other duties as assigned.
- You are able to travel as needed (15% to 35%).
