Job Summary
- We are a company with friendly and high motivated staffs, currently in need of operation coordinator who is self-motivated, self-managing, organized and goal oriented. The applicant will be responsible for managing schedules for the organization, create work orders, purchase orders, maintain client/vendor relations and various administrative and operations tasks. We have a very busy office environment that requires an applicant to be very well trained in multitasking and prioritizing.
General Accountability
- Uses various computer applications, such as database management and word processing.
- Answers telephones and takes client orders.
- Creates, maintains, and enters data into databases.
- Schedules appointments using spreadsheets or software.
- Makes travel arrangements and manages route schedules.
- Processes work order completion.
- Organizes route schedules for optimum service and timeliness
- Works with vendors to create, submit PO’s and organize delivery/pickup of materials.
- Ensures department goals are met through scheduling and follow up.
- Maintain customer retention

Job Qualifications
- Education: Some college degree
- Experience: At least two years of service or construction experience
Skills
- QuickBooks knowledge is a plus
