Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive property manager and Construction Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in overseeing various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of construction processes, property leasing, and facilities management.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate project execution.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and change orders.
- Utilize software tools such as OneSite and Yardi for property leasing management and project tracking.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders, addressing inquiries or concerns related to construction activities.
- Assist in the implementation of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for efficient facilities management.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety standards are met.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction coordination or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of facilities management principles and practices.
- Proficient in using construction management software such as OneSite and Yardi.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building positive relationships.
- Legal administrative experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.76 - $29.25 per hour
