Job Responsibilities Include:
As a Property Manager, your role encompasses a wide range of duties, including but not limited to the following:
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the seamless daily operation of the property.
- Fiscal management of asset.
- Overseeing resident relations.
- Supervising team members and vendors.
- Ensuring compliance with safety policies.
- Ensuring on-time collection and deposit of rents.
- Conducting unit and property inspections, managing marketing, assessing vacancies, and showcasing units to prospective residents.
- Handling the service of notices and all aspects of day-to-day property management.
- Ensuring compliance with housing laws, rules, and regulations.
- Preparing and submitting weekly reports.
- Holding overall responsibility for the property and its resident activities and programs.
Job Requirements Include:
- A minimum of 4 plus years experience managing Class A property.
- Proficiency with Yardi Voyager is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to effectively supervise team members and vendors.
- Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Proven ability to market and lease apartments.
- Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Must be able to live on-site.
- Must be available to work one weekend day per week.
- Knowledge of the Glendale area is a plus.
