Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing daily operations at our properties, ensuring tenant and landlord satisfaction, and assisting with homeowner's association meetings/operations.
- Must be fluent in Chinese
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and landlords, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
- Assist in leasing activities including showing units, processing applications, and lease renewals
- Support property maintenance efforts by coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance tasks
- Utilize Appfolio (software) for tracking work orders and maintenance schedules
- Assist in rent collection, financial reporting, and budgeting processes
- Assist in management/operation activities for HOA communities including attending HOA meetings
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or related field
- Proficiency in administrative tasks including record-keeping and report generation
- Familiarity with affordable housing programs such as Section 8
- Knowledge of property management software (Appfolio)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle tenant inquiries effectively
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work independently or as part of a team
-Must have a reliable vehicle and be willing to commute to properties throughout the San Gabriel Valley/Inland Empire
- Real Estate License is a plus
- CCAM certification
Salary : $5,000 - $6,000
