Clinical Director

KORE AUTISM SERVICES is in search for a Clinical Director to lead the way!

Our Clinical Director is the face of our company and the first person each potential family or applicant meets. As Clinical Director, you also have the unique position of building your clinical team. This unique opportunity is ideal for someone that enjoys building relationships and is looking for a place to grow professionally.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide supervision and mentorship to clinical staff
• Ensure all programs align with insurance guidelines.
• Provides leadership in the areas of clinical services, program evaluation, program development and training.
• Ensure all staff are adhering to best practices and ethical standards in ABA therapy.
• Designs, implements, and manages evidence-based ABA services.
• Maintains a high quality of service and high standards for program design, staff development, and evidence-based services provided to clients.
• Devise strategies and plans for the clinical department according to company standards for excellent service and growth
• Conduct regular audits of clinical practices and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Drive clinical outcomes by developing and implementing strategic plans that align with the organization's mission and goals.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting compliance.
• Ensure programs align insurance guidelines.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience as a clinical director or other managerial position
• Proficient in MS Office and computer systems
• Proficient in Central Reach
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
• Valid BCBA Certification
• Texas BCBA Licensure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Salary : $90,000 - $105,000
