We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Enablement Manager with a strong focus and proven experience in IoT connectivity. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing an enablement program that empowers our sales teams to effectively engage with customers and drive revenue in the IoT connectivity space. You will collaborate with teams to deliver tools, training, and insights that align with our business goals and ensure our sales teams excel in an ever-evolving market.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Sales Enablement Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy tailored to IoT connectivity solutions.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify gaps, define priorities, and deliver solutions that improve sales effectiveness.
Content Development & Management
- Create and curate compelling sales tools, playbooks, presentations, and collateral that align with IoT connectivity offerings.
- Develop customer-focused messaging and positioning frameworks that differentiate our solutions in the market.
- Manage KORE’s Sales Enablement platform.
Training & Onboarding
- Design and deliver IoT-specific training programs, including onboarding for new hires and ongoing skill development for seasoned sales representatives.
- Conduct workshops, webinars, and learning sessions to ensure teams are proficient in IoT connectivity technologies, solutions, and trends.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to assess the impact of enablement initiatives.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies for IoT connectivity.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure the salesforce understands and communicates the value of IoT connectivity solutions effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales training, preferably in the IoT or telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of IoT connectivity, including technologies such as LPWAN, 5G, NB-IoT, and other related ecosystems.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing effective enablement programs.
- Highly skilled in Salesforce (CRM) environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiarity with IoT connectivity use cases and customer pain points across industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, retail, and smart cities.
- Experience in driving adoption of new technologies within sales teams.
- Certifications in sales training or enablement methodologies (e.g., Challenger, SPIN, MEDDIC).
