Billed straight time, for worked hours only.Top 3 Skills : Application Support and ImplementationVendor ManagementTechnical SupportThis position will be a member of an application support team and will become a technical subject matter expert for the state psychiatric hospitals' applications and systems. This position will provide application operational end-user support including rotational afterhours on-call support. This position will be included on the implementation team of the state hospital's electronic health record project, referred to as ICM, and additional implementation teams for other state hospital initiatives / projects.Tasks will include : End-user supportUser AdministrationSystem AdministrationInterface MonitoringAfterhours supportForms developmentReport writingWork with cross functional technology teams to determine best practice configurations, and workflows.Read / analyze / modify technical documentationWork with vendor(s) to facilitate implementationPerform system testingPreference will be given to candidates with the following skills : Healthcare information technologyUser administrationApplication System AdministrationCrystal Reporting experienceXML developmentSQL programming languageQualified candidates must have at least two (2) years of experience in application support, technical support, experience with application vendor management, application implementation and technical and user workflows.Compensation depends on experience but is typically $35-$40 per hour.
