THIS ROLE REQUIRES HYBRID ONSITE IN CALABASAS, CA (3 DAYS ONSITE).KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a Systems Engineer : Azure, Entra ID, Intune (1K end points), Windows Server, VMwareReporting to the Director, Technical Services, you will work with a team of seven at support center in Calabasas Hills, CA. As a Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations and systems infrastructure services for both our corporate and restaurant locations across a global $3 billion public company with over 300 full-service restaurants and more than 45,000 staff members. Develop continuous improvement strategies for Corporate and Restaurant services.Troubleshoot and Analyze : Partner with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues, providing root cause analysis and solutions for continuous improvement.Monitor and Optimize : Oversee proactive monitoring, capacity planning, and performance analysis for server, cloud, and storage environments.Working with team and management to Develop Technology Roadmaps : Create short- and long-term plans for systems engineering and present proposals to senior leadership.Support and Mentor : Act as Level 3 support for escalations and provide training to junior staff.Maintain Compliance : Ensure systems meet security standards, including PCI and SOX compliance, and maintain clear, up-to-date systems documentation.Requirements6 years of Systems Engineering experience with Windows Server (2008 / 2012 / 2016) in VMware, Active Directory, and core infrastructure (, PKI, Okta, SAML).Expertise in Microsoft Intune and Azure AD for mobile app management and Office 365 Minimum of 1 year of experience with Intune for mobile applications is required. Experience working with a minimum of 1,000 end points is required. Experience with Azure and Azure AD (EntraID) is requiredProficiency in systems automation (PowerShell, Shell Scripting) and management tools like SCCM and SolarwindsExcellent communication skills for conveying technical information to diverse audiences.
