We are seeking an experienced and inspiring leader to serve as our Chief Executive Officer. As the chief executive officer, you will oversee all aspects of the organization's operations and strategy, including managing staff and volunteers, driving innovative initiatives, and advancing our mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Staff Management: Recruit, supervise, and support staff, volunteers, and contractors while fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, and accurate organizational records.
- Board Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors, facilitating meetings and advancing strategic objectives.
- Financial Stewardship: Partner with the Treasurer and Finance Committee to manage budgets, oversee financial processes, and ensure fiscal health.
- Fundraising & Partnerships: Lead development efforts, including donor cultivation, major gift solicitation, and strategic partnership building.
- Program Development: Oversee and guide impactful programs in collaboration with Program Directors to serve our community.
- Marketing & Communications: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with community members, stakeholders, and partners to promote cultural understanding and involvement.
