- Team Management: Supervise and support staff, volunteers, and contractors while fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth.
- Partnership Building: Establish and maintain partnerships with organizations and individuals to advance our mission.
- Event Planning: Coordinate and execute community events, exhibitions, and festivals that showcase diverse cultures and traditions.
