The CFO is seeking an inquisitive, Hands-On Accounting Manager to join the organization to oversee the accounting function and identify areas of process improvement. The Accounting Manager position with responsibility for preparation of financials, performance of monthly close, preparation of journal entries, ASC606, reconciliations, budget, forecasting, analytical review, cash flow, and more!
This is a high impact role that will offer the Accounting Manager a rare chance within a stable company to have their voice heard and make improvements to reporting, processes, and systems.
Targeting $120s Base (depending on experience), Bonus Potential and Solid Benefits!
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting, Monthly Close, Journal Entries, Reconciliations, Budget, Forecasting, P&L review, Analysis, ad-hoc reporting, ASC606
- Identification and Implementation of Process Improvements
- Special Projects
Skills Needed:
- BA in Accounting/Finance
- CPA ( )
- Prior Public Accounting ( )
- 7 years of Accounting and Finance experience
- Ownership of Financials, Monthly Close, Budget, Forecasting, Cash Flow
- Small/Mid-Size Company
- Strong ERP and Excel
