About Us:
Korn Ferry has partnered with a small but growing manufacturing company. We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our close-knit team and take ownership of our day-to-day accounting, while also providing leadership in Finance and Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping:
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger, bank accounts, and financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, and ensure timely payments.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
- Oversee payroll processing and related tax filings.
- Work closely with external accountants for audits and tax preparation.
Finance Oversight:
- Develop budgets and forecasts in collaboration with leadership.
- Monitor cash flow and assist with financial planning and analysis.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.
- Support procurement processes and assist with vendor contracts.
Human Resources:
- Maintain employee records and HR compliance documentation.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
- Coordinate benefits administration and employee leave tracking.
- Support employee relations and act as a point of contact for HR-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a manufacturing or small business environment.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software.
- Knowledge of payroll systems and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
