What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Contracts, Corporate Attorney position at Korn Ferry?
Korn Ferry has partnered with a publicly traded financial services company for a Commercial Contracts, Corporate Attorney.
This will be working in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities:
- Work on a wide variety of general corporate and compliance matters, including vendor contracts, corporate policies, equity administration, board meeting materials, and management of subsidiary governance
- Provide legal support on additional corporate projects and objectives, including employment and human capital matters, data security and privacy program compliance, and Company real estate
Qualifications:
- J.D. from a top 10-20 law school
- 4 years of large law firm and/or in-house legal experience, with general corporate background
- Experience with advising public companies
- Excellent corporate drafting skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment both independently as well as within a team environment
- Active bar membership in good standing
Compensation:
- Base salary range: $200K-$225K plus bonus and excellent benefits
- Relocation candidates will be considered
- Location: Marblehead, MA 01945 (Boston suburb)/Hybrid environment
