Various Sub-specialties : Pulmonary / Thoracic, Breast, GYN, GU, Pediatric, Head and Neck / ENT)
The Department of Pathology at The University of Iowa Roy J. and Lucille A. Carver College of Medicine seeks candidates at the Assistant , Associate , or Professor levels, for either the tenure track or non-tenure clinical track . Join a collegial group of academic pathologists in an expanding surgical pathology service with a focus on specialty areas. We are recruiting multiple candidates for various sub-specialties, including pulmonary / thoracic pathology , breast pathology , gynecologic pathology , genitourinary pathology , pediatric pathology , and head and neck / ENT pathology . There are opportunities to practice in more than one specialty.
Position Highlights :
- 34-36 weeks of service commitment per year
- 4-5 weekends of on-call duty per year
- 80% clinical service time with an academic focus
