As an Executive Search summer intern aligned to the Healthcare Practice, you will have the opportunity to learn about our company, our capabilities and solutions. You will gain first-hand experience of working on client projects as part of a team, and you will get to learn from solution and industry experts throughout the program through on-the job and structured learning sessions.
You will have the opportunity to build networks with colleagues and peer groups locally and internationally with peers taking part in Korn Ferry’s Intern program in other international offices.
This is a hybrid Internship program and there will be an expectation for all Interns to be able to get to the Atlanta office at least three days per week.
If you do well, you may be offered a graduate role for 2026.

Key Responsibilities
Other responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Create research ideas for business development projects, as well as manage existing candidate research projects as assigned by Partner and team.
- Support Senior Client Partners with social media strategies and presentations.
- Generate target company lists and provide contact details.
- Use all resources available to generate recruiting targets for active jobs.
- Identifying potential candidates from a variety of online and proprietary tools.
- Data quality management, ensure data integrity and update highly confidential candidate records in proprietary CRM.
- Business development support, active participation in designing the search and business development strategy with the Partner and team; proactive involvement as a valued team contributor throughout the search. process from pitch to candidate development.
- Use proprietary CRM tools to identify and market job assignment opportunities to targeted list of candidates in the existing resume database.
- Create research ideas for business development projects, as well as manage existing candidate research projects as assigned by the team.
- Support Senior Client Partners and Senior Associates with social media strategies and presentations.
- Successfully manage strong academics with extracurricular activities.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint with the ability to learn new systems.
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities.
- Students graduating in Spring 2026 with a GPA of 3.2 or higher are eligible to apply for our internship program.
