Fractional IT Leader
Minneapolis, MN - Hybrid
3 month contract to start - Fractional hours ( possibility of 40 DOQ )
Our close client is looking for an immediate Interim IT Leader to spark a transformational journey. This Fractional IT Leader will oversee 2 resources. This organization is growing, financially healthy and looking for a technology thought-leader to join an executive team and assist with current-future state modeling, ERP effectiveness, IT Operational efficiency, technical health check and identifying opportunities to leverage data and technology more effectively.
is behind on technology, information security, efficient and cost-effective policies and procedures, SW/HW and structure. This leader will be expected to get "quick wins".
Expectations and background needed:
- Understand current state workflows, deal life cycle, customer lifecycle, ERP usage and effectiveness
- Create road map that with key indicators of ROI, moving from reactionary to strategic output, process improvements, career architecture planning ( progression planning ) , etc.
- Assist with career architecture, job responsibilities and resource planning
- Risk analysis
- Understand and review asset management, knowledge base and inventory controls
- Opportunities to utilize technology, data, reporting and analytics to enable sales, operations, A/F, marketing, Manufacturing, etc.
- Exposure to "made to order" manufacturing would be nice to have
Technical Environment:
- Epicor Prophet 21 ( P21 )
- Epicor data analytics
- Epicor WMS
- EDI
- MS Excel
- Exposure / Experience understanding how to leverage, set up, automate and utilize: data analytics, reporting, AI/ML, data engineering is nice to have
