Job Description:
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will be a key advisor driving initiatives that impact talent development, organizational culture, and workforce planning. You will be responsible for managing the entire employee life cycle ensuring a cohesive, engaging, and high-performing workplace.
You will partner with managers and leaders to provide strategic guidance in managing their teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a productive work environment including:
- Organizational Planning & Hiring: Forecast workforce needs, develop plans focused on talent acquisition, retention, and development, and actively partner with managers and the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to deliver the hiring plan effectively.
- Onboarding: Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, fostering early engagement, integration into the company culture, and a strong foundation for success.
People Growth & Development:
- Support employees in addressing their growth plans and overcoming challenges through career development planning, learning and development opportunities, and facilitating internal mobility.
- Collaborate with managers to design and implement individualized growth and development plans to drive employee engagement and performance.
- Develop and execute training programs tailored to the needs of the team, ensuring employees have access to relevant learning and development opportunities.
Talent Management Cycle: Facilitate and manage the end-to-end talent management cycle, including performance review cycles, talent reviews, and compensation planning processes.
Learning and development: Support and drive L&D initiatives
- Support and oversee the full life cycle of HR processes, including but not limited to working with payroll, benefits administration, and departure processes. Collaborate with payroll specialists to ensure timely and accurate payroll execution and address any payroll-related issues promptly.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 4 years of HR experience with a focus on business partnering in a fast-paced organization (international experience is a plus).
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and development, employee relations, organizational design, and performance management.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Demonstrates solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed, fast-moving environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, influence, and drive results.
Preferred Skills:
- HRBP certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
- Familiarity with SaaS or tech industry is desirable.
- Experience supporting diverse, distributed teams across multiple locations.
