HRIS DIRECTOR
Seeking an experienced HRIS Director to manage an established team of Workday Analysts and drive company projects forward. You will be responsible for leading Workday and HR technology initiatives that align, develop, and deploy human capital and total rewards in ways that attain the organization's strategic objectives. The HRIS Director will identify and implement Workday and HRIS tools and strategies to achieve strategic business goals. In collaboration with HRIS and internal stakeholders, you will help to design, develop and implement solutions in the areas of process improvement, change management and organization design.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, design, and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance human and organizational performance and business outcomes using technology solutions.
- Oversee the HRIS team and facilitate Workday training by collaborating with functional users, HRIS, and consulting partners.
- Ensure the efficient and reliable operation of Workday, managing releases and updates.
- Engage in strategic exploration of new HR technology strategies and practices.
- Review and redesign business processes to eliminate inefficiencies and implement best practices provided by Workday.
- Foster exceptional relationships and strong communication channels across the organization and HR function for effective, ongoing collaboration.
- Assess organizational impact and engage stakeholders to address their needs and concerns, ensuring buy-in and that solutions meet organizational requirements.
- Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement Workday integrations and comprehensive technology solutions, including Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of employee data within Workday, enforcing data security protocols and access controls.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required, with emphasis in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or other related area.
- 10 years Human Resources experience with strong HRIS and Workday background
- 5 years experience in a leadership/management role
- Proficiency in Workday and other HR technology solutions
- Proficiency in Human Resource teams, needs and requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and direct/facilitate project teams.
- Strategic thinking and analytic skills
- Ability to develop complex project and technology roadmaps and lead implementation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
