Korn Ferry Military has partnered with a leading organization in their search for an experienced Location Manager to oversee the South Sioux City NE facility.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise staff and ensure efficient performance of the location.
- Represent the organization with administrators for all communications, excluding contract negotiations.
- Manage operational expenses and explain budget variances.
- Ensure safety practices and applicable regulations are followed by employees, and manage injury and collision claims.
- Maintain facilities and vehicles to all safety and regulatory standards.
- Optimize route schedules, minimize drive times, and adhere to contractual and regulatory mandates.
- Provide accurate, timely operational and financial reporting as requested.
- Purchase orders must follow company processes and policies.
Requirements:
- U.S. Military Experience required.
- 3-5 years management experience (highly preferable in Transportation).
- Must be familiar with basic vehicle mechanical processes and maintenance.
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
