POSITION OVERVIEW

Our client is seeking a motivated Senior Finance Analyst to join their growing team in Colorado. This role will support key business decisions by driving financial planning, reporting, and analysis, helping them achieve their financial goals in a dynamic, supportive environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Provide analytics and strategic guidance to support P&L management.
• Assist with monthly close cycle.
• Update financial forecasts, including income statement, cash flow, and attrition metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Deliver department and business unit budget reporting.

Reporting:

• Oversee and improve subscriber data reporting processes to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
• Prepare weekly reports on operational and cost metrics.
• Create and distribute the executive monthly reporting binder, ensuring accuracy, consistent formatting, and prompt delivery.

Strategic Initiatives:

• Identify and implement improvements to streamline financial processes.
• Work closely with accounting, analytics, marketing, and data engineering teams to improve subscriber forecasting, marketing insights, and cost optimization strategies.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses related to cost-savings and other corporate initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting and forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• Ability to work onsite in Louisville, CO.
• Understanding of financial and accounting concepts, including accruals and GAAP principles.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as DOMO or Tableau.

Compensation

• $80,000-105,000
