Position Overview
Koroseal Interior Products is seeking a result driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team responsible for the Florida and South Carolina regions. This role is focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients while driving sales growth in an assigned geographical territory. The ideal candidate will leverage excellent communication skills, time management, and a solutions-oriented sales approach to promote our premium commercial wall products.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for managing key accounts, generating leads, and nurturing client relationships. With a strong focus on supporting architects, designers, end-users, and contractors, you’ll play a critical role in expanding Koroseal’s brand awareness and increasing sales opportunities. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager - Southeast and is an in-person position located in Fairlawn, Ohio or New York, New York. Travel is anticipated to be 5-10% annually.

Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, including Architects & Designers (A&D), End-Users, and Contractors.
Conduct outbound calls and emails to secure online (Teams) product presentations and follow-up activities.
Develop, track, and manage project pipelines and specifications for assigned accounts.
Identify and generate new project leads using platforms like Construct Connect or similar.
Sales Activities
Follow up on sample requests (KIP, Material Bank) and open quotes to ensure project closure.
Conduct product presentations to promote brand awareness and product solutions.
Assist with bids, quotes, and awarded project tracking to drive sales. Partner with Division 9 and Division 10 installers to enhance specifications and project scope.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, projects, and accounts using Salesforce (SF).
Log communications, appointments, and tasks in Salesforce to support data-driven decision-making.
Market Outreach
Actively participate in professional organizations such as IIDA, IFMA, and NEWH, attending monthly meetings, networking events, and trade shows as needed.
Represent the brand in field presentations (minimum of 4 annually)
Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or Sales is a plus).
1-3 years in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles, with a preference for inside sales, telesales, or hospitality sales experience.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
Proficiency in virtual presentations and cross-departmental collaboration.
Ability to maintain a client-first approach and build lasting relationships, particularly within hospitality and A&D sectors.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
Familiarity with sales analytics tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven, with the ability to work independently and handle high call volumes.
Familiarity with A&D firms, contractors, and/or the specification process is a plus.
Knowledge of the hospitality industry, including common pain points and needs of hotels, restaurants, and event venues, is preferred.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and handle objections effectively.
Must be able to sit at a desk for prolonged periods and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs safely.
Occasional standing, walking, and light lifting may be required.
