- PXM Implementation and Operations
- Lead the implementation and seamless integration of the Product Experience Management (PXM) platform with internal systems (CRM, ERP) and the website CMS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure PXM initiatives meet business objectives and maintain ownership of the platform
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for platform processes, optimization strategies, and post-launch support.
- Website Content Management
- Manage and update website content using Kentico CMS, ensuring accurate and timely publication of product launches, campaigns, and homepage updates.
- Partner with the marketing team to create engaging, interactive website content, including visuals and splash pages.
- Apply best practices to enhance website usability, architecture, and overall user experience.
- Support internal users and customers with account access and website navigation.
- Marketing Metrics and Reporting
- Design and manage monthly marketing performance reports, incorporating data collection, analysis, and actionable insights.
- Build dashboards and visual reports for executive presentations using data visualization tools.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline reporting processes and enhance data accuracy.
- Marketing Project Management and Support
- Optimize marketing workflows and systems to boost team efficiency.
- Provide project management support for marketing campaigns, events, and sales tools.
- Manage and maintain organizational tools like SharePoint for streamlined file sharing and collaboration.
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven ability to balance multiple deadlines , project and vendors.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset focused on continuous improvement and optimization.
- 3 years of experience managing digital platforms, including PXM, ERP, BI reporting, or CRM systems.
- Proficiency in website content management systems (e.g., Kentico CMS) and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with exp erience in marketing metrics, reporting, and data visualization tools.
- Certification in Google Analytics 4 or similar analytics platforms is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and departments in a fast-paced, innovative environment .
- M ust be able to sit for long periods of time and have the ability to lift up to 20lbs safely .
