What We're Looking For
- 2 years of experience in client services, account management, or campaign execution in digital advertising (Paid Search, Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic advertising).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain digital marketing concepts to non-experts.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Experience using CRM tools, project management software (Jira) , and scheduling platforms (e.g., Calendly).
- Ability to manage multiple franchisee relationships and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Customer service-oriented mindset that works well with both external customers and internal teams
- Solid decision making and problem solving skills
- Ability to remain calm under various pressures
What You'll be Responsible for
The Digital Campaign Specialist I serves as the primary day-to-day contact for franchisees participating in KORTX’s digital marketing programs. This role is responsible for onboarding new franchisees, ensuring clear communication, and facilitating the execution of digital advertising campaigns. The Digital Campaign Specialist I does not execute campaigns directly but plays a key role in ensuring franchisees have the necessary support, resources, and insights to achieve their marketing goals.
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple franchisee relationships efficiently. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams to support campaign execution and reporting.
Additional Information
This role is located in Berkley, MI, and is a hybrid role.
