Job Summary:
The Digital Campaign Specialist I serves as the primary day-to-day contact for franchisees participating in KORTX’s digital marketing programs. This role is responsible for onboarding new franchisees, ensuring clear communication, and facilitating the execution of digital advertising campaigns. The Digital Campaign Specialist I does not execute campaigns directly but plays a key role in ensuring franchisees have the necessary support, resources, and insights to achieve their marketing goals.
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple franchisee relationships efficiently. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams to support campaign execution and reporting.
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of experience in client services, account management, or campaign execution in digital advertising (Paid Search, Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic advertising)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain digital marketing concepts to non-experts.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Experience using CRM tools, project management software (Jira), and scheduling platforms (e.g., Calendly)
- Ability to manage multiple franchisee relationships and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Customer service-oriented mindset that works well with both external customers and internal teams.
- Solid decision making and problem solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm under various pressures.
What You'll Responsible For:
- Build and maintain relationships with a dedicated group of franchisees.
- Act as the main point of contact for franchisees, guiding them through the digital marketing process all the way from onboarding to implementation and maintenance.
- Send welcome and introduction emails, outlining partnership expectations, onboarding steps, and campaign timelines.
- Facilitate the New Franchisee Onboarding Call, reviewing intake forms, defining campaign goals, and setting expectations.
- Provide franchisees with documentation detailing campaign execution responsibilities, deadlines, and KORTX-managed services.
- Serve as a liaison between franchisees and the internal media execution team.
- Work closely with internal teams to refine targeting, budget allocation, and ad strategies as needed. Able to adjust campaigns as needed for optimization with hands on keys.
- Manage daily inbox of inquiries from franchisees.
- Set up and maintain monthly reporting calls to review campaign performance, deliver insights and address franchisee questions.
- Educate franchisees on how to access support via email alias/help desk system, including response times and escalation procedures.
- Keep franchisees informed of program updates, industry trends, and upsell new marketing opportunities available through KORTX.
- Ensure franchisees complete all required onboarding forms, including billing setup and compliance approvals.
- Track and verify franchisee billing details, ensuring accurate invoicing.
- Work with the finance team to resolve any billing-related inquiries from franchisees.
- Assist program manager with franchisee level reporting for corporate level insights.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Additional Information
This role in located in Berkley, MI. This role has the ability to work from home as well as come into the office. You will be expected to come into the office several times a month.
