We are looking for a Commercial Relationship Manager to join our Fleet Sales team! The right person will have experience with auto sales and must love working with people.

Pay is commission-based and includes:
- Vehicle Sales - 25% to 40% of Gross Profit based on volume sold with a $250 minimum per vehicle
- Finances Products/Services- 50% of Gross Profit (net of charge-backs)
- Incentive Awards
- Up to $6,000 based on total number of vehicle sales
- Quality Service Awards - $100 for each perfect score

Responsibilities:
- Customer prospecting activities for new vehicle sales and maintenance contracts
- Conducts follow-up communication with existing commercial/fleet customers to capture the maintenance and repair relationships
- Utilizes CRM system to track daily prospecting, appointments, and customer follow-up
- Meets established sales and quality service goals
- Ensures assigned inventory is merchandised including ensuring display on the lots, supporting Marketing and Internet Departments with the necessary information for the internet or other advertising.
Requirements:

Automotive sales background preferred

Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills

Demonstrated business development and sales skills

One year of fleet or commercial sales experience preferred

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Strong written and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
