What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Advisor position at Korum Automotive Group?
The Service Advisor is responsible for accurately identifying customer needs and concerns regarding their vehicles, suggesting solutions, and coordinating repairs and maintenance with Service Technicians and customers. The Service Advisor is responsible for building effective relationships with customers and ensuring a high degree of customer service is consistently delivered. They also conduct prospecting and business-generating activities to enhance Service and Parts Department sales.
Compensation is comprised of base pay commission.
Pay Range: $35,000 to $75,000
The Ideal Candidate:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Effective customer service skills with hospitality experience preferred
- At least 18 years of age
- 1 to 2 years of prior experience as a service advisor preferred
- Ability to learn and use software programs
- Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
- A high degree of professionalism
