Korzen Health is working with Alton Memorial Hospital and Healogics in regards to adding a Part time Wound Care Medical Director to the program in the Alton, IL area.
Healogics has been treating patients with chronic wounds for over 25 years, from over 600 hospital-based wound care centers across the country. Today, Healogics treats over 300,000 wound care patients a year and has healed nearly 4M wounds. Healogics is the expert in wound healing.
Scope of Practice Includes:
This opportunity includes working in our wound care clinic. This is a 100% Wound Care Center position.
Our Wound Care Center includes:
- Full Team- Case Manager, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Nurses, Office Manager, Front end and back end support. Great Work Flow!
- Provider will do Wound Care and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
- Provider will average around 10-15 encounters per day, with a majority of wound care and less than 5% Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
- We offer advanced wound-care treatments to promote healing, including:
- Cellulitis therapy
- Compression therapy
- Hyperbaric oxygen therapy
- Infection management and prevention
- Wound cleaning
- Wound dressing
- EMR is EPIC/IHEAL
- You will work with Adult and Geriatric patients.
- Opportunity for growth within leadership.
- Center hours are: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm- 20-30 hours a week
- No Nights, No Call, No weekends.
- Compensation Model is hourly
- Plus Collaborative and Medical Director Stipend available.
Wound Care Physician Experience Requirements:
- IL State license
- Must be Board-Certified
- DEA License
