Korzen Health is working in collaboration with Healogics in regards to adding a Full-Time 5 days / week Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to the program in the Indianapolis, IN market area. We need full-time post acute coverage.
Scope of Practice Includes :
This opportunity includes working in our Post Acute Care Program. This is a 100% Wound Care position. No nights. No on-call. No weekend work. We have full existing business in this location, you will not depend on signing any new contracts. Would prefer someone who currently lives on the southern / western side of the greater Indy metro area as that is where most of our centers are located.
This is a procedure based environment. Mostly geriatric pts in SNF setting. You need at least 1 year of NP experience. You need to have at least 1 year of procedural NP experience. Minor procedures such as suturing and I&Ds are ok. Procedural case logs will be required as part of our credentialing process. Paid training.
Scope of Practice Includes :
- You will average around 18-20 patients a day.
- Performing basic wound care (dressing changes, chemical debridement) with some minor procedures.
- This will be a full-time 5 day a week job. No Nights, No Call, No weekends. Flexible.
- Compensation Model is salary with RVU after 1 year.
- You will work with Adult and Geriatric patients.
