Kotarides Property Management is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a Customer Service Specialist. The Customer Service Specialist works closely with multiple departments to handle centralized processes including Call Scoring, Inbound Resident Call Volume, Property Support, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Data Entry. The Customer Service Specialist must be highly organized, detail oriented, and be able to multi-task.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound resident call volume to include maintenance requests, over the phone payments and back up to all other call center call volume.
- Responsible for Resident & Prospect correspondence via email
- Data entry, to include back up to all call center services
- Answering questions regarding current and past due balances.
- Answer questions regarding information contained in the lease agreement.
- Work with delinquent residents and answer questions regarding the delinquent process.
Qualifications:
- Call Center or Property Management experience preferred
- Computer Skills: MS Office, Yardi
- Collaboration Skills
- Must be positive and motivated with excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrate effective communication skills
