Kounsel is looking for a dynamic and driven 100% CommissionBased Sales Representative to join our team. In this role you will sell our credentialing services as well as our healthcare services through our innovative app. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a salesdriven environment and is eager to make an impact in the growing healthcare industry. Responsibilities :
Identify and target potential healthcare professionals practices and organizations that require credentialing services (Insurance CAQH NPI).
Identify and target potential clients that need healthcare services through our userfriendly app.
Understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
Build and maintain longlasting relationships with new and existing clients.
Negotiate and close sales effectively.
Identify and prospect new business opportunities through networking cold calling and lead generation.
Conduct product demos and provide consultations on the benefits of our app and services.
Track sales activities and client communications in CRM.
Work independently to manage your pipeline and close deals.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and commission goals.
Stay informed about industry trends competitors and market conditions.
Compensation :
This is a fullcommission role (1015% of each sale) meaning your earnings are directly tied to your sales performance. There is no cap on earning potential and the more you sell the more you earn.
Requirements
Requirements :
3 years of proven experience in commissionbased sales is required preferably in the health industry (insurance and hospital).
A solid understanding of healthcare credentialing services (Insurance CAQH NPI) is a plus.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Selfmotivated and goaloriented with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong problemsolving skills and a solutionfocused mindset.
A passion for sales and achieving results.
General Requirements

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while also contributing to a team environment.
Must have the equipment and environment to work remotely (laptop / computer reliable internet connection quiet conducive space).
