Position Overview
- Schedule: Day Shift (6:45 am – 7:00 pm, 2-2-3 shift rotation)
- Work-Life Balance: Work half of the month with every other weekend as a 3-day weekend!
- Location: 860 Garden St, Elyria, OH 44035
- Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
- Progression Pay: You control your earnings! Start at $18/hr and have the opportunity to increase up to $23/hr based on training, performance, and qualifications. The more you learn, the more you earn!
As a Line Operator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the extrusion lines run smoothly and the final products meet the highest standards of quality. This is a hands-on role that involves:
- Operating extrusion lines and ensuring accurate product quality.
- Collaborating with your team to meet production goals and timelines.
- Performing quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications.
- Monitoring and adjusting operating conditions for optimal performance.
- Maintaining safety standards at all times, keeping yourself and your team safe.

- Attention to Detail: Strong math skills and the ability to perform calculations and measurements accurately.
