- 12 hour NIGHT shift 645pm-7am
- WORK MON/TUE, OFF WED/THUR, WORK FRI/SAT/SUN...
- OFF MON/TUE, WORK WED/THUR, OFF FRI/SAT/SUN...Then REPEAT.
- Only Work 15 DAYS A MONTH!!
- Every Other Weekend is a 3 DAY WEEKEND!!
- One week you work 48 hours and the next week you work 36 hours
- Total of 84 hours for a pay period (76 regular hours & 8 hours of overtime) Paid Bi-Weekly

- Tuition reimbursement you must be a full-time employee and complete one continuous year of employment. You will receive $5,000 a year for undergrad and $7,500 a year for grad.*
- Operate pelletizer machine to convert regrind into pellets
- Operate Forklift consistently
- Unload regrind boxes into pelletizer
- Stage boxes of pellets
- Follows all company-standard and position-specific safety requirements, and reports any unsafe working conditions or broken equipment
- Follows and complies with all company policies and procedures
- Additional duties as required
- 1-year manufacturing experience required
- FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 1-year extrusion machine operator experience preferred
- Ability speak, read and write in English, Bi-Lingual a Plus!
- Must be able to recognize colors
- Nice to have: Working knowledge of extruders, printers, reelers, quality control standards, and product specifications
- Ability to lift more than 100 pounds with reasonable assistance (Crane or Forklift)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable assistance
- Ability to climb ladders and work at various heights
- Ability to lift objects overhead
- Ability to spend up to 12 hours a shift on foot around hot machinery
- Ability to move from one area to another by stepping over and/or bending under objects, pushing and pulling objects
- Ability to work inside or outside of the warehouse
- Commitment to wearing the required PPE at all times
