Sales Manager
Position Overview
Responsible to develop and foster group business bookings through pro-active direct sales, telemarketing, appointment calls, attending industry networking events, and tours of the hotel. Achieve established monthly room night and activity goals.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for an established regional territory or vertical market
- Clear understanding of the hotels business strategies and goals to determine action
- Identify new business
- Provide quick and timely responses to develop professional long term business
- Provide the highest quality of service to customers at all
- Responding to RFP’s, writing Proposals, Contracts and all modifications to
- Account and booking maintenance in property booking
- Work closely with Conference Services Department to effectively flow customer
- Attend Sales meetings and other hotel department and client meetings as
